Therefore, if you have depression, anxiety, Asperger’s Syndrome, ADHD, and other ailments, it can work for you if you know how to use it. The same goes if you have classic autism or cognitive impairments. If you understand the basics, you can use them. If your diet consists of sugar and trans fats, you need to make some significant adjustments. If you eat junk food and fast food, you are not helping your overall health, contributing to poor health and a constant poor state of mind. If you need to go to a dietician or a nutritionist to help you get onto a path of healthy eating, then that is a great idea! However, stick to fruits, vegetables, nuts as long as you don’t have an allergy to them, proteins, and drink plenty of water. You can enjoy an occasional sugary treat without it lowering your vibration – as long as you keep it infrequent.
Get Moving
Exercise helps to bring out the endorphins in your brain, which is the happy chemical. When you commit yourself to a half-hour of activity, whether it is doing aerobics or taking a brisk walk, you are going to feel so much better from that alone. If you keep at it, you will find that your bad days are more infrequent than they used to be! Exercise is not only good for your physical health. It is essential for your mental health.
