Too much cortisol in your body will increase your chances of illnesses such as obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure. Is Any Forest Good For Nature Bathing?

Or you can go to any natural area to take a nature bath. However, it is ideal for taking advantage of any forest. If you have access to a vehicle and live in an urbanized area, it is worth taking a trip outside of the site so you can head over to a forest. If you are unaware of any forests around you, you can start looking around maps of towns adjacent to yours and find out if there are any wooded areas. The good news is that forests are everywhere, and there is no reason you could not find one to take a nature bath. Once again, at worst, you can head to a natural park if you don’t have access to transportation other than transit if you live in an urbanized area. How To Begin Forest Bathing
Now you know that you can find any forest or national park if you do not have access to one near you, let’s start going over what you need to do to make it work for you. The first step is before you head to the forest, you need to do a digital detox. So before heading to the woods or park, keep away from your phone, TV, computer, or tablet for a good two hours so you are ready to do a cleanse. And even if you are not doing a forest bath, you will benefit from doing a digital detox once in a while anyway.
When you think about it, social media and TV can be toxic as you can find yourself comparing yourself to what you see on television and online, putting you in a negative mind frame. Also, technology exposes you to the news, which can be stressful and negative. If you do not do the digital detox, you will find yourself more resistant to cleansing when you head to the natural area.
Once you can get away from technology and start heading to the forest or the park, you will need to relax and not worry about where you go.
Forget Any Sense Of Purpose
When you are on your way to the woods, forget about your sense of purpose as you want to go in there aimlessly. And this is not what anyone wants to do since people have goals and aspirations, but when you are forest bathing, the goal is to cleanse, and when you are cleansing, you need to forget about your purpose in life for that time. Allow your body to take you where it wishes when you are there.
You will want to find your favorite area of the woods or the park. Sure, you do not want to get lost, so be mindful of where you are, but allow yourself to wander and once you reach the area, trust your intuition that it is the right area for you in the natural site. Now that you are in the natural area of your choice, look around smell the air, feel the energy, and take it all in. Take in as much detail as you can as you are nature bathing, and do a meditation that will help you cleanse your mind so you can get into a refreshed way of thinking and feeling. Spend an hour in the natural area as you take in nature and all of the details, and by the time you finish, you will feel refreshed and amazed. You will want to do this again, and make time to do this as a clear mind will help you manifest what you want!
