Gratitude and Law of Attraction is a very popular concept but is often misunderstood. Therefore, there are many books, lectures, and courses on the subject. The idea behind this law is that what we put out in the world (our thoughts and feelings) will come back to us in like kind: i.e., if you want positive things to happen to you, you need to feel positive emotions. Therefore, it all has to do with your vibrational energy. Therefore, what you put out comes back to you. Thus, if you want to attract abundance, you will operate on a higher vibrational frequency.
However, if you want the opposite of that, fearing and loathing everything around you is what you will do. This sounds like a straightforward idea that many people have expressed throughout time, but it is often oversimplified in today’s world. But why would you want to do that? So many people do attract the things they don’t want for this reason. So many people tend to operate on a lower vibrational frequency and then attract things they dislike, such as debt they cannot cover misery and lack.
Suppose you are falling into that category, and you want to begin to increase your vibration so you can start to attract better things into your life. In that case, you will want to begin by showing gratitude to the Universe for bringing blessings into your life. Gratitude and the Law of Attraction go hand in hand.

If gratitude is not felt in your heart and mind, the Law of Attraction cannot work for you. But, on the other hand, a lack of gratitude does lower your vibrational frequency.
So how can gratitude be applied to manifesting positive things into your life? First, recognize the good things in your life and feel gratitude for them, thus creating an upward spiral of positivity that can help improve your life.
Make A Gratitude List Every Night Before Bed
It’s essential to do this last thing before you sleep because the Law of Attraction works in your mind when you can’t see what’s around you. So take a notepad and a pen, think of all of your blessings, and start jotting them down. You will be amazed at how many gifts you have once you write them down.
Keep A Gratitude Journal
Get a gratitude journal and write down everything that makes you grateful throughout each day. It doesn’t need to be much; the point of gratitude is to recognize that things are good and that you’re lucky. Each time you think of a blessing, you can jot it down regardless of the time of day. Then, the next time you feel down and depressed, go back to your journal and read it. Then you will be reminded of how blessed you are once you do.

Organize your life into sections, like work, family, friends, etc. During each section, think about what makes that aspect of your life so great – then write it down or say it out loud. Whenever you receive something good, give thanks for it immediately. Don’t wait until later; gratitude could already be lost by then. For instance, if you play the lottery and win $20, give thanks to the Universe immediately for winning that money. It may not be the jackpot, but it is a blessing from the Universe. Another thing you can do is give thanks to the Universe if someone is entering a building before you and opens the door for you. Thank the individual and thank the Universe for bringing someone in your life to do something nice for you.
Express Gratitude Even When Things Are Not Going Well
Be thankful even when there’s nothing good happening. The Law of Attraction says that if you feel gratitude and positivity, the Universe will deliver the good things you want to create. But appreciation doesn’t always mean that everything is going well; gratitude can be given even without any good things happening at all. So even if you are dealing with many stressful situations and are struggling to think of something to feel thankful for, then look for simple things to express gratitude for, such as having a sunny day, having food on the table, and a roof over your head.
At the same time, acknowledge and validate the negative emotions you are dealing with and find a way to release them. Anytime negative emotions become stuck, that will lower your vibrational frequency. If you don’t remove them, you will feel gratitude in your heart. That is why you must do that. Don’t be afraid to feel those negative emotions because that is the only way you can process them.
Know that gratitude is a choice, not a feeling. You don’t need to wait until something happens or someone does something nice. It’s gratitude for life, gratitude for options, gratitude for everything that happens – good or bad. Be grateful that you can choose gratitude.
